My recent stay at GrandStay Residential Suites Rapid City was a mixed experience. While the kitchenette in the room was a great convenience for my family of 5, the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. the fitness room was equally underwhelming, with some equipment not functioning properly. the breakfast was average, but the stewed apple was a delightful touch. On a more positive note, the professional staff went above and beyond to address any issues promptly, and the free airport shuttle service was a convenient perk. the spacious two-bedroom suites with a living room area were comfortable, although being placed in a handicap room without requesting it was a minor inconvenience. the outdoor space with a grill and basketball court added to the appeal of the property. Overall, GrandStay Residential Suites Rapid City offers a decent selection of spacious accommodations at an affordable price, with convenient amenities like a kitchenette in each room. While there were some cleanliness and facility maintenance issues, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction and the convenient location near local attractions like Mount Rushmore National Monument make it a suitable choice for a family stay in the heart of the American West.
